Ahmed Elahi

Ahmed joins Pavey Law after gaining litigation experience across Ontario, representing individuals and businesses in a broad range of disputes, including employment matters, commercial disputes, real estate litigation, and estates litigation. In his previous practice, Ahmed also had the opportunity to act as preferred counsel to the Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company, addressing professional liability matters.

Ahmed is a versatile litigator who represents clients at all stages of litigation. He has appeared before a variety of judicial and administrative bodies, including regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He approaches litigation with a practical, strategic, and client-focused mindset, emphasizing efficient resolution while remaining a strong and effective advocate when matters require adjudication.

Ahmed completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he received the Law Society of Ontario Education Equity Award and was actively involved in competitive mooting. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Toronto.

Outside of work, Ahmed is an avid reader and enjoys following a wide range of sports.
