Travis, a native of Cambridge, joined Pavey Law in 2023 after previously practicing at a full-service firm in Waterloo. Travis offers his clients comprehensive assistance in the areas of business and corporate law, wills and estates, and various aspects of real estate, including commercial leases. He brings experience in profit and not-for-profit incorporations, reorganizations, acquisitions, as well as a wealth of experience with business-related agreements and transactions.
Travis’ clientele ranges from start-ups to large wealth management firms and national charities. Regardless of the client’s scope, Travis recognizes the importance of every matter and places the highest priority on his quick responsiveness to his clients.
Travis adopts a client-centered approach in all estate planning matters, understanding that each individual possesses unique goals. He has successfully guided clients in estate planning endeavors that minimize fees and taxes (thereby maximizing the gifted amount), ensuring the well-being of children and grandchildren, and preserving legacies.
Before embarking on his legal career, Travis amassed diverse work experience that spanned from concrete construction for high-rise apartment buildings to contributing to doctorate peer-reviewed books. He actively engages with the community and holds the role of Treasurer on the Board of Organized Kaos, a local charity that empowers young people in the trades, inspiring hope and purpose.
During his leisure time, Travis enjoys volleyball, fishing, reading, and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
