Vince joined the firm in 2021 and is building his business law practice in Cambridge and the broader Waterloo region and surrounding areas, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, the preparation of Wills and trusts, estate administration, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and commercial leases. Vince thrives when working closely with his clients and is passionate about giving practical advice to help his clients achieve their objectives and realize their goals. Vince has experience assisting clients on starting a business and its operations, selling or purchasing a business, employment matters, avoiding risk in a wide variety of commercial contracts, corporate reorganizations and shareholders agreements. Vince has also acted for both purchasers and sellers in residential real estate transactions and has advised many clients in preparation and review of their testamentary instruments such as Wills and Powers of Attorney and in estate administration.

Born and raised in the Waterloo region, Vince was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020 after completing his articles with the in-house corporate legal department of an international, public corporation in Cambridge. His first year of practice primarily focused on civil litigation at a firm in Kitchener. Vince received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, where he focused his studies on the intersection of law and technology. Prior to law school, Vince obtained his undergraduate degree and his Master of Public Service degree from the University of Waterloo.

Vince enjoys leveraging technology to make providing legal services more convenient and is pleased to offer remote and virtual appointments when possible. Outside of work, Vince can be found on the golf course, the hockey rink, camping with his family, or being walked by his German Shepherd.
